If you are experiencing financial difficulty, then perhaps Westwood Community Chest can help.

The Westwood Community Chest (WCC) assists residents by paying bills for basic needs such as housing, clothing, school supplies or essential utilities. WCC also helps families by sending kids to summer camps and providing other resources to enable Westwood residents to get back on track.

Please take a minute to look through the entire website. If you think we can help you, then please download and fill out an application completely and return it to WCC by mail at:

If you are not able to print an application, you can pick up printed applications at several locations around town (see About Us for a list of locations). All applications are completely confidential. We will notify you within two weeks after we receive your completed application with attached bills or estimates.

Please know that we do not give out cash directly to any individual. Rather, we pay the bill on your behalf – it is for that reason that we ask that you include the bill (or a copy of the bill) in your application.
